After winning Best Actor for Robert Pattinson‘s role in How to Be at the films European Premiere at Strasbourg International Film Festival, the quirky independent English comedy directed by Oliver Hastings has gone on to join the ranks of feature films distributed by IFC aiming to bring independent European film to a broader audience.

Viola: The Traveling Rooms of a Little Giant which had it’s International Premiere at Strasbourg International Film Festival won the top award for student films as it walked away with the GOLD prize from the 2008 Student Academy Awards in the Alternative category. We congratulate USC School of the Cinematic Arts film student Shih-Ting Hung for his incredible work!
